(I was gonna line and color it but then I got sick and didn't have the energy so yeah, here, enjoy . D)

She's bad news
I've been just giddy and excited how you guise wanna battle her
And I've been sitting here all like
"No, you don't, she will kill your pokemon and kick the body around and laugh at your misery."

So Odette is more or less a criminal lady.
She's not part of any organization, she has seen them rise and fall, and besides, if you want to do something right, you do it yourself.
She's slightly cold (toward people she doesn't care for) and caculating woman.
Still she does get along with people if she wants to, she's smart and manipulative so it's not that hard for her.
(The people who are close to her are very dear and important to her and toward them she's a very caring, generous and a loving friend. She'd kill for them. The tricky part is befriending her in the first place.)
She got into pokemon training and breeding at a quite early stage in her life and noticed having some talent in the areas. Pouring hard work to both of them she soon became a very cabable breeder and trainer who was always looking for a chance to prove her pokemon's superiority and eventually entered the world of illegal battling. Aka battling to the death.
If her own pokemon were to die she wouldn't let herself get too upset. Even if she were attatched to it, the fact that it died only means that there must've been something wrong with it's pedigree. The pokemon wasn't perfect enough. So a new one was bred to replace it.

She eventually got a proper job to be as her cover. She moved to Kalos where all the rich and fancy folk are, to work in a high class day care, where she would scam off money and offsprings from wealthy customers.

Her whole current team is bred to be top notch.
So yeah, kiiiind of a perfectionist this lady .D
